UPSC Cart - Account Deletion Request

At UPSC Cart, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly within the app using the following steps:

Open the UPSC Cart App on your device.
Tap on the Menu icon (top-left corner) to open the side drawer.
Tap on "Delete Account".
Read the confirmation dialog which explains the 30-day grace period.
Tap "Schedule Delete" to confirm.

Important: Your account will be scheduled for deletion in 30 days. During this period, your data is not visible to other users. If you log in again within these 30 days, your deletion request will be cancelled. After 30 days, all your data will be permanently removed.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Once the 30-day grace period is over, the following data will be permanently erased:

Personal Profile: Your name, email address, and profile picture.
Listings: All books, notes, and furniture items you have posted for sale.
Chat History: All messages sent and received.
Images: All photos uploaded for your listings.

Data Retention Policy

We retain your data for 30 days after your deletion request to allow for account recovery in case of accidental deletion. After this period, deletion is irreversible.
